He has led complex ERP implementations across global markets, including Europe and the US, delivering scalable and business-aligned solutions.

A Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect and former Microsoft Certified Trainer, Arun specializes in system analysis, business process re-engineering, and end-to-end ERP implementations. His expertise spans platforms such as Dynamics 365, AX, Navision, Business Central, and NetSuite across industries including telecommunications, retail, food & beverages, IT services, and manufacturing.

Thyagarajan Rajesh, brings over 25 years of experience in finance leadership, managing and strengthening finance functions across organizations. He has extensive expertise in accounting, payroll, taxation, and financial management, supporting businesses across various stages of growth.

Rajesh Menon brings over two decades of experience in business and technology, with a strong background in P&L management, global organization structuring, and business strategy. An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, he has led large-scale initiatives across software solutions, product platforms, and partner ecosystems.
